General

• 1. Earthing switch OPENING: Use the operating handle to insert it into the operation hole of the earthing switch and rotate counterclockwise for Earthing OPEN. Meanwhile, U will be showed in CLOSING and OPENING indicator in the center of the mainboard and the lower  Panel is locked.
  2. Rotate the operating handle inserted in the operation hole of Load switch clockwise for Earthing CLOSING(Or push the CLOSING button during electrical operation). Meanwhile, U will be showed in CLOSING and OPENING indicator .

  Blackout

  1. Load Switch OPENING: Push the mechanic button in the mainboard for Load switch OPENING. Meanwhile, U will be showed in CLOSING and OPENING indicator.
  2. Earthing switch CLOSING: use operating handle to insert into the operation hole of earthing switch and rotate clockwise for Earthing ON. Meanwhile, U will be showed in CLOSING and OPENING indicator.

  Attention

  1. If the power is coming from the upper side of the switch, the light of live indicator will be OPENING or CLOSING when the switch is OPENING or CLOSING.
  2. If the power is coming from the lower side of the switch, the light of live indicator will be always CLOSING. At this time, the power is on and Earthing switch should not be turned on.

  Note: It is suggested that three fuse tubes should be replaced at the same time when you replace the fuse tube.

• Environmental conditions and attention

• The altitude should not exceed 2000m and seismic intensity should not exceed 8 degrees.

• Ambient air temperature should not be higher than 50 Celsius degrees and should not be lower than forty-five below zero. The daily average differences between day and night temperatures should not be higher than 95% and monthly average should be not high than 90%.

• The operating mechanism should not be installed in the places as below:

  The places with frequent violent vibration

  The places with great vapor、gas、chemical corrosive deposition、salt mist and dust.

  The place where it is easily inflammable and explosive.

  Rated pressure for SF6 gas: 0.04Mpa. SF6 gas should meet the requirement of “GB/T12022-2014 Industrial sulfur hexafluoride”.
