Generally, 10kV contact box and 35kV contact box are commonly used for epoxy resin APG process pressure gel forming structure, which is used for all kinds of handcar switchgear and plays the role of insulation isolation and connection transition.

Conditions to use

1. The altitude shall not exceed 1000M.
2. The ambient temperature is +40℃~10℃;
3. When the air temperature is +20℃, the relative humidity should not exceed 95%.
4. No gas, steam, dust and other explosive and corrosive media which seriously affect the insulation of the contact box.

Technical data and requirements

The contact box with the contact should be able to withstand the experimental power frequency voltage (validity) 42kV, lasting for 5 minutes, lightning shock (peak) 75kV;

The temperature rises of the outlet end of the contact box shall not exceed 65℃ under the rated current under long-term operation.
